New Side-Bar Navigation
We’ve updated the side-bar navigation to make it easier for you to find the right features and reports. While the structure has changed, the functionality you know remains the same.
Choosing survey and scope
At the top of the side menu, you can select which survey you want to view (if more than one is available).
This selection controls all results shown in the platform.
Directly below, you choose the scope – the organizational unit you want to focus on.
Analytics & insights
The section previously called Results is now named Analytics & insights.
Here you will find all available result reports as subitems.
The reports themselves have not changed – only their location in the menu.
Manage
The following areas are now gathered in one section under Manage:
- Organization
- Questions
- Scheduling
They work the same way as before, just in a new place.
My personal insights
I your organisation has turned on your personal page, it is now divided into separate items collected under My personal insights.
Here you can:
- Track your own journey
- See your responses
- View your comments
Help center
At the bottom of the side menu you will now find a link to our Help Center.
Account settings
Your account settings are still located in the top right corner. Click your name to access them.
Collapsing the menu
If you need more space on your screen, you can easily collapse the side menu.
Click the small icon with a line and arrow at the top right of the menu panel.
Home page updates
Because of the new side menu, the Organization tree and Question library cards have been removed from the home page.
They are now always available via the side menu, no matter where you are in the system.
